Out-of-the-Box Valentine Ideas!

This Valentine’s Day, 

(week) do something 

out-of-the-box! 

Let’s not limit our attention only to our sweetheart, but let’s think of the elderly neighbor who is a widow or widower.  Why not give him/her a gift, perhaps a baked dessert, or a hot meal. 

Give the gift that could save a life!  Donate blood on Valentine’s Day or commit to doing that sometime within the next week!  (My daughter-in-law and grandson plan to go in together to donate blood on Valentine’s Day.)

Give the gift of love to an animal that needs a good home and adopt a pet for your sweetheart or for the family!

Reach out and show love to those around you this Valentine’s Day.  Maybe you and your sweetheart could do a kind act together, or make it a family event.
