Green Clean-ercise: Exercise While Cleaning!


 

Stir your cleaning routine up with a little exercise thrown in!  Not only will you enjoy a clean home, but you'll be getting in shape too!  Read on for eight exercises you can do to get fit while giving your home an eco-friendly cleaning!

Eight Green Clean Exercises you can do:

1.) Get the music playing, you've got to have some upbeat music to clean and workout to!

2.) Alternate cleaning a room on the first floor and then a room on the second floor or basement.  Take two to three trips up and down the stairs in a row and between cleaning the rooms. 

3.) While vacuuming, do three sets of leg lunges.

4.) After mopping the kitchen floor with Brightly Green Granite & Tile Cleaner, or Brightly Green Wood Floor Cleaner, do two sets of squats (8-10 squats per set).  

5.) Mop the bathroom floor with Brightly Green Granite & Tile Cleaner then do 10-20 pushups.  This could be done after every bathroom floor is mopped.

6.) Do stretching exercises for both your arms and legs in between dusting bookshelves and furniture with Brightly Green Wood Floor Cleaner.

7.) Green Clean a window with Brightly Green Glass Cleaner then do 8-15 sit ups before moving on to the next window.

8.) All done?  Great job on your green cleaning workout!  Take a brisk walk around the block or down the street as your cool down!
