Green Your 4th!

Repurposing and recycling are two of the easiest ways to Green your 4th.!

In the next three weeks we will be sharing with you ways to Green your celebrations through ideas on repurposing and recycling items around your home and tips from party decor to party trays!

This week our focus is on sprucing up your pad for your celebration plans and ways to save energy!!


Saving energy:  Consider having your 4th of July Celebration at dusk or in the evening so as to save on energy cost and usage on your air conditioning.  Being out in nature has benefits for your health and the environment.

Create a simple, relaxing ambience through recycled wine bottle tiki lights.

Decorate your tables with potted plants that you can plant after the celebration!  You can even give them as parting gifts for your guests!  Place recycled paper ribbons in red, white and blue around them to add flare to your 4th!

What is the 4th of July without a barbeque!!



Be sure you have plenty of propane or charcoal (whichever your grill takes).  Also make sure it ready for all the heat.  Clean your grill racks with Brightly Green Degreaser Concentrate.  Shine up the outer stainless steel surfaces with Brightly Green Stainless Steel Cleaner
