Ways to reduce waste on the 4th of July:
- Tableware: Have guests bring their own place settings for the event.

Have an area set up with some small containers labeled: "Recycle-Paper Goods", "Cans", "Bottles", "Foodstuffs for Compost" (if you compost) and one more labeled, "Non-recyclable". This gives your guests the opportunity to help you reduce and recycle!
