Eight Green Clean Exercises
you can do:
1.) Get the music playing, you've got to have some upbeat
music to clean and workout to!
2.) Alternate cleaning a room on the first floor and then a
room on the second floor or basement.
Take two to three trips up and down the stairs in a row and between
cleaning the rooms.
3.) While vacuuming, do three sets of leg lunges.
4.) After mopping the kitchen floor with Brightly Green

of squats (8-10 squats per set).
5.) Mop the bathroom floor with Brightly Green Granite &
