What to do:
RECOGNIZE what causes
the most drain in your holidays and take action! Recognition is step one! If you can identified your "top holiday
drainer" you're on the road to holiday gains!
ORGANIZE a plan of action! There are four months before Christmas.
Map out a plan of action complete with "finished by" due
dates. A list in your head will not get
the job done; top organization specialists would agree!
CELEBRATE small
beginnings! Give yourself a small celebration
with each completed action step. Change
comes through taking steps not leaps! 
The holiday season
should be one of joy and celebration.
If it is losing its joy, then determine now to do something about
it.
